1. Agreement and service
These Terms govern your use of EndlessLadies.com and its related web application (the Service). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The Service helps adults preserve stories about women through profiles, written memories, optimized photographs, prompts, invitations, and sharing controls. Features and limits are those displayed in the Service and at checkout when you use them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
The Service is intended for adults age 18 and older. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity through your account except where the law provides otherwise. We may require verification to protect a page or respond to a privacy or rights complaint.
3. Featured people, photographs, and permissions
You may add a page, story, photograph, or other content only when you have the necessary legal rights and permissions to do so. For every photograph, you must have permission or a valid legal basis from the photographer or other copyright owner to reproduce and upload it and to allow the Service to display it under the visibility setting you choose. Possessing a copy or finding an image on a website or social media does not establish those rights. You must also respect the privacy and publicity rights of identifiable people shown or described. Obtain appropriate permission from living adults before sharing their personal information or images, and from a parent or legal guardian before sharing a minor's information or image. Do not disclose someone else's sensitive personal information without appropriate authorization. You represent that your content and its chosen sharing setting do not violate others' rights or applicable law.
4. Ownership and limited license
You and your contributors keep whatever ownership rights you have in your original content. You grant Endless Ladies a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for as long as needed to operate the Service and honor your chosen settings, to host, store, reproduce, resize, convert, back up, transmit, display, and create technical copies of content you submit. This license is only for operating, protecting, supporting, and improving the Service and providing the sharing and export functions you request. It does not transfer ownership to us or authorize us to sell your family stories or photographs as stock content. After deletion, technical copies may remain for a limited period in backups or where legally required, as explained in the Privacy Policy. You must have authority to grant this license for content you submit.
5. Page ownership and contributors
The account that creates an Endless Lady page controls that page, its visibility, invitations, and deletion. An invited contributor may add content within the permissions available in the Service. A contributor does not acquire ownership or billing control of the owner's page and should keep a personal copy of contributions they wish to retain. Deleting an owner-controlled page may remove contributor content on that page. If the owner and a contributor disagree about content, contact us; we may limit access while we review a report but cannot resolve every family dispute.
6. Privacy and sharing choices
New pages begin private. A share-by-link page is accessible to anyone with the link, including people to whom a recipient forwards it. A public page may be discovered, indexed, copied, or cached by others. Published stories and photographs can appear to viewers of a shared or public page; drafts are intended for page members. Changing a setting can restrict future access within our Service, but cannot retract outside copies or screenshots. You are responsible for choosing a setting appropriate for everyone featured. We may remove or restrict access to content when we reasonably believe it infringes rights, exposes someone to harm, or violates these Terms.
7. Acceptable use and reports
Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, harassing, exploitative, infringing, or deceptive content; impersonate someone; expose private credentials or financial details; send spam; scrape or overload the Service; attempt to defeat access controls; or use another person's account without permission. If you believe content infringes copyright or violates privacy rights, email support@endlessladies.com with the page URL, your contact information, the content at issue, the basis of your claim, and information that helps us verify it. We may ask for further details, restrict access, remove material, or suspend an account while investigating. We may notify the uploader of a report where appropriate and lawful.
8. Free plan, Plus, and fair use
Start Her Story is free and does not require a payment card. Endless Plus is a paid recurring subscription for one primary Endless Lady page. The Pricing page and checkout show the current price, billing interval, included features, quantitative limits, taxes if applicable, and any promotional terms before purchase. Limits may include stories, optimized photos, stored bytes, contributors, and fair-use measures. We may change future offers and limits on prospective terms with notice as appropriate; we will not silently change an existing paid billing amount without the consent or notice required by law. Additional pages, printed goods, or capabilities not shown in the active offer are not included. Stripe processes card payments; we do not store raw card numbers.
9. Renewal, cancellation, Archive Mode, and refunds
A paid subscription renews at the disclosed interval until canceled. Use Plan and Billing to access subscription management and cancel future renewal. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; your checkout or billing portal will show the applicable timing. If a payment fails or paid access ends, your existing page and content move to Archive Mode rather than being deleted. In Archive Mode you can sign in, read saved content, use existing sharing where appropriate, and download the complete ZIP archive as the owner; adding stories, photos, or contributors and paid creation features pauses. Reactivation resumes paid creation subject to the current offer. Start Her Story is a free-forever plan, so you can explore the service before choosing Plus. Paid subscription payments are generally nonrefundable after purchase or renewal. If you notice duplicate or unauthorized billing, or there is an unusual circumstance, contact support@endlessladies.com; we will review the situation individually and provide a refund when appropriate or required by law. Account deletion cancels an active subscription and deletes owned pages; export first.
10. Exports, originals, and data preservation
An owner with Endless Plus or Archive Mode may download a ZIP archive containing available story text, data, and optimized saved photographs. Free-plan owners may contact support@endlessladies.com about access to their data. The Service may resize or recompress uploads and is not a vault for original camera files. Keep your own independent copies of irreplaceable content and periodically confirm that your exports open. We work to make the Service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or recovery from every event.
11. Permanent discontinuation of the Service
We may decide to permanently discontinue the Service at any time. If we make that decision, we will give account holders at least 90 calendar days' advance notice by email to the address on the account and through a prominent notice on the Service before the planned shutdown date. During that notice period, we will maintain a reasonable opportunity for all page owners, including free-plan owners, to obtain an export of their available content. Plus and Archive Mode owners can download available ZIP archives and any saved downloadable books; we will provide an export path for free-plan owners during the shutdown period. We will not intentionally remove ordinary export access before the announced date. If law, a security emergency, provider failure, or another event beyond our reasonable control makes the full notice or download period impossible, we will give as much notice and export access as reasonably possible and explain the situation. This section addresses permanent shutdown of the entire Service, not a customer's subscription cancellation or account enforcement. Any treatment of prepaid time after shutdown will comply with applicable law and the terms disclosed at purchase.
12. Suspension and termination of individual accounts
You may stop using the Service and delete your account in Account Settings. We may suspend or end access to an individual account when reasonably necessary to address a material violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, a security threat, or a rights complaint. When feasible and appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to export owner content, but we may act promptly if delay would expose people or the Service to harm or if law prohibits notice. We may retain records where required by law or for legitimate security and billing purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes, communications, and support
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. We will post the revised text and effective date; for material changes, we will also provide notice through the Service or account email before they take effect when reasonably practical. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, subject to applicable law. We may send transactional messages about your account, billing, safety, or the Service. Questions and notices may be sent to support@endlessladies.com. Keep your account email current so you receive important notices, including a potential shutdown notice.
14. Disclaimers and limits
The Service is provided with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent retention of every item, or that user-contributed information is accurate. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party redistribution of content that you chose to share, unauthorized use outside our reasonable control, or failure to keep independent copies. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, or limits liability for conduct that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. We are not a legal custodian, estate-planning service, or guaranteed archival institution.
15. General terms and contact
The Service is operated by a business incorporated in Maryland. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
